Reservation Policy:

  • 500 US Dollar per person additional surcharge would be applicable during the Christmas & New Year Departures.
In case of FITs:
  • 25% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking.
  • Remaining 75% of ticket value 75 days prior to departure.
In case of Group:
  • On group of 15 paid persons, one complimentary seat shall be provided.
  • 50% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking.
  • Remaining 50% of ticket value 45 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

In case of FITs:
  • 25% of the ticket value if cancellation is made until 60 days prior to departure.
  • 50% of the ticket value if cancellation is made between 45-59 days prior to departure.
  • 100% of the ticket value if the cancellation is made between 0-44 days prior to departure.
In case of Group:
  • 50% of the ticket value if cancellation is made until 60 days prior to departure.
  • 75% of the ticket value if cancellation is made between 45-59 days prior to departure.
  • 100% of the ticket value if cancellation is made between 0-44 days prior to departure.

Child Policy:

  • Children Below 5 Yrs of age can travel free of cost on sharing basis.
  • Half fare will be charged for children between 5 to 12 yrs  on sharing basis.

For Charter Booking:

  • Charter means booking of full train on a particular tour of departure.
  • The charter can be booked on the existing tour itineraries of the trains.
  • However, diversion in the approved itinerary may be permissible after prior approval of Indian Railways.
  • Charter can be booked in advance during Christmas & New Year period subject to 100% advance deposit with additional 10% of the tariff at the time of booking during the season.

No show / En route termination of tour / amendment:

  • No Show – In case of No Show / Non-arrival of the guest, no refund or adjustment in future travel will be possible. The whole amount shall be treated as forfeited.
  • En route termination of tour – In case of termination of tour by the guest, for any reasons, no refund or adjustment for future travel will be possible. The amount for unused portion of the tour shall be treated as forfeited.
  • Amendment – Is only possible under the circumstances like Natural Disaster / Natural Calamity or Serious Health Problem’s (this needs to be supported by doctor’s certificate) and is subject to availability.
  • No refunds are possible and every case will be decided on merits on a case to case basis.
  • Part Journey – Part Journey of minimum 05 nights is permissible in advance.
  • However in case of availability of cabins at the last moment it can be booked for any number of nights in Royal Rajasthan on Wheels
  • First priority will be given to the confirmed bookings for full 07 nights tour.
  • The details of the traveler will have to be provided with the final payment.
  • Any change in the details shall be treated as cancellation and would invite cancellation charges as applicable.
  • Once the names of the guests have been received, no substitution shall be permitted.
  • The old name, if removed shall be treated as cancelled booking (subject to cancellation charges as applicable) and the new name/s will be treated as fresh booking and will be confirmed keeping in view the wait listed bookings.
